Relyance Service Group is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are more cost-effective recruits.

That’s where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to Relyance Service Group, you may be awarded a referral bonus of $350 if you refer a candidate and he/she is hired.

To be eligible for this bonus, the referred contractor must meet the following criteria:

  • Referred Contractor must not be currently in our database
  • The Referred Contractor must work for at least 30 days

It is important that when calling in-regards to a referral to be sure to let the recruiter know who has referred you so that the recruiter can file the referral accordingly. If nothing is filed at the time of the referral, the referral bonus may be denied.
